My sisters and brothers of the Resistance,
In just over one year in office, the Evil in the Oval Office has bombed seven countries (Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen). This most recent act of war is, of course, the second time that he has bombed Iran. And, he is also complicit in the bombing of at least two other countries (Gaza and Ukraine). All this from the demented fool who believes he deserves a Nobel Peace Prize, who created a so-called “Board of Peace” composed of some of the worst leaders in the world, a presidential candidate who promised (lied) no more wars.
The question of “Why?” for this latest bombing is all over the media. So many reasons have been given or implied, that it is difficult to know which one, if any, is real: Iran is developing nuclear weapons (even though the first bombing “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear capacity); Iran is developing long-range missiles that threaten the United States (even though it would take inter-continental missiles to do so); the Iranian regime is evil (as my Dad used to say, “It takes one to know one”) and must be removed; the Iranian people must be given the opportunity to establish their own government (even though the United States has done nothing to prepare them for that possibility); the Epstein files are getting a bit too threatening. So, take your pick.
What we do know is that the idiot in the White House is a threat not only to this country, but to virtually every country in the world. Wherever his demented brain takes him is where the next act of atrocity can occur. And, we also know that Congress, which alone has the power to declare war — and which has not even been consulted about this latest madness — will do nothing to rein in the dictator.
So, once again, my friends, it is up to us — the Resistance — to use whatever is within our power to say “No!” — “Not again!” — “Never again!” It is up to us to hold accountable those who do have the power to stop the madness. As the old saying goes, “If not us, who? If not now, when?”
Peace,
Paul
